Leading by example...
I chose to talk about this because of recent trends in the behavior of leaders and role models, even parents.
They seem to think leadership is about what they say and not what they do, but they have the wrong idea obviously.
When training a protege, they follow in your footsteps. Where you go, they go. What you do, they also do. That's how it works.
But these guys want to do something and expect their followers to do something else, I don't understand why.
It is simply simple to me.
You want to see greatness in others, be great yourself, be the example you want to see.
It is a great honour to lead, it shows you have a purpose and you will leave a legacy even after you are gone.
It is a big deal.
Taking the matter real serious will go a long way in helping young folks.
Help them take the right step, and you will be proud of the outcome.

I agree. If want people to follow the leader you should set the first steps, fighting at the frontlines, paying high taxes, included.
