The Diary Game || 19th, October 2026 || I was in front of the Mirzapur railway crossing.
Assalamu Alaikum, friends. I hope you are all doing well. By the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. Today, I woke up very early and performed the Fajr prayer. Afterward, I went for a short walk outside—having visited the mosque—but since there was a light mist, I returned home after a brief stroll.
Later, I headed to Mirzapur town to meet a friend. While at the station, I stood near the railway crossing for a while; noticing a scene that caught my eye, I took a photograph. In the image, an auto-rickshaw can be seen passing beneath the railway crossing, with the railway tracks visible on the left side.
In the morning, in front of the railway crossing
From there, I walked to the old bus stand in Mirzapur, where a friend was waiting for me. Upon reaching the old bus stand, I sat down at a specific spot and chatted with him for a while. As it was midday, I went to a nearby mosque to perform the Dhuhr (noon) prayer, as the time for it had arrived.
Afterward, I headed to the Mirzapur bypass. Upon arriving at the bypass, I noticed a motorcycle garage on the left side, where a large number of bikes were parked.
The sun was quite intense this afternoon, which left me feeling rather tired. I stood for a while in front of the bypass bus station. There was a flyover overhead, which provided some relief from the direct sunlight. The small buses you see in front of me travel directly from this bypass to Dhaka.
These buses are readily available, and the fare for traveling on them is relatively low. There are also some motorbikes at the bypass that operate as a hired transport service. Additionally, I can see a restaurant on the right, located on the second floor. The excessive number of auto-rickshaws within the city is the cause of traffic congestion on its narrow streets.
Excessive number of auto-rickshaws on the road
From there, I walked a bit further ahead to the spot where I was to continue my journey by motorbike. My friend was waiting for me there with his bike; since he was running a little late, I had decided to walk ahead. When I reached the Mirzapur railway crossing, I found the gates closed because a train was about to pass.
All the auto-rickshaws and other vehicles were at a standstill, waiting for the tracks to clear once the train had gone by. I actually quite enjoy waiting at a railway crossing—it’s a great chance to see trains pass by every now and then. After the train had crossed, I took a couple of photos from either side of the railway crossing.

I stood there for a while longer. Suddenly, I noticed a large ice cream freezer at the shop next to me. Having stood in the sun for some time, I was feeling tired and parched, so I craved something cold. However, I decided against having ice cream or similar items, as consuming something too cold might lead to catching a cold.
Instead, I bought a small 'dahi Pepsi' (a yogurt-based Pepsi drink). It was quite delicious, so I bought three more. It was very refreshing while out in the sun. Each one cost 5 Taka; I bought four, which came to a total of 20 Taka—approximately 4 STEEM.
After that, I returned home, freshened up, rested for a while, and had something to eat. Later in the afternoon, I went to the mosque for prayers and then spent quite some time on this platform, leaving comments on various important posts and replying to others. In the evening, after prayers, I came home and put my phone on charge.
At night, I went to the mosque again for prayers, returned home, had dinner, and then sat down to blog on this platform. It was a wonderful day, and as I reflected on the busy time I had spent in the city, I drifted off to sleep. Thank you for staying with me throughout this time.

Wa Alaikum Assalam!
You had a really busy and interesting day. I enjoyed reading about your visit to Mirzapur and seeing the different scenes of the town, especially the railway crossing and the trains passing by. Sometimes, these simple everyday moments make our day more memorable. The dahi Pepsi sounds quite unique, and I can imagine how refreshing it must have been after walking in the hot sunshine. I also appreciate how you managed your daily prayers, spent time with your friend, and stayed active on Steemit by commenting on posts and writing your own blog. Thank you for sharing your daily life with us in such detail. May Allah bless you with good health, happiness, and continued success.
Keep sharing .
