Welcome to week #38 Each week, we are faced with the decision of what to and what not to eat. The sure thing is that we must eat food to remain healthy. Some persons have it in abundance whereas others struggle to eat. A lot of factors determine the food we eat each week and each day. Hence, good becomes very important that we can't avoid it no matter what.

By means of this contest, let us see what food you were able to eat each week and what factors pushed you into eating it. This is to say that you have to show or present the highlights of some, not all of the foods you ate within the week. Just the pictures of about 4 foods you ate, the description of the food so that we can know what it is called and how it is eaten, what day you are it and the factors that made you to settle for that food. Interesting 🤔! Not so?

• Present at most 4 pictures of the different foods you ate within the week. It must be for the current week. You must not wait until the end of the week since it is just the highlight

• Describe the food, the name, the ingredients (just the predominant ingredients), how is it eaten, and what day you are it. You can even share the recipe if you can.

• What are the factors that made you to settle for this food? Is it because of finance, what is available in your culture, what the family decides, your cravings and so on. Just be creative and let us learn.

• You can add video if you can (optional)
