Hello my dear Steemians,

When we talk to our friends we often find that many people have dogs, one of my friend has 2 days and by now also two kids the youngest is just about 10 months. The kids and pets are growing together. Actually the dogs are very caring and letting kids to do much with themselves, I think they can feel that they are just young children and they are happy to be their “toys”.

In my own preference I do not think I would have a dog in my household, maybe because I do not have enough time and I do not want to leave my pet at home just like any home item. The pets especially dogs they need someone who will be sharing company with them, when they are young they need proper training.

Have you heard about “dog school” where both dogs and owners they are taught how to behave themselves with dogs and how to teach them discipline in young age so that it is easy for the future.

I think every pet, again especially dogs will need a task, one of the important task and role of dogs in my opinion is guide dogs for blind people.

When people are born blind then it is easy for them to adapt to live, because then their hearing ability will be better developed and since their childhood they will be able to compensate that with time.

When a person is born with normal eyesight bit then loose it due to some accidents they struggle a lot and find it difficult to find their way back to life.

Guide dogs have very important task to be a companion to a person but also to be their eyes. One of my friend works in such dog school where they train young dogs to be guide dogs. I did not know that they little puppies will be chosen since they are babies and also they will be taught for couple of years.

Every single person and a dog should also match with their character, often they try few dogs for a person. I remember that one recent case showed that the dog was not ready enough because on the street it decided to run somewhere and to pull on leash so that the person fell.

I think this kind of guide dogs have very good behaviour in my opinion these kind of dogs should be allowed to shops or restaurants to accompany their hosts. But so far I know those dogs even though they are in restaurants they are lying under the table quietly and do not get any food there. In my opinion that should be a rule, no dog at the table. If I would enter any restaurants and see a dog on the chair and eating from plate, I immediately will leave the place.

We have our pets as our companion but we should not forget that they are still animals.

I also agree that dogs because of their clever nature need a task, they learn very quick and like to be occupied by doing something. Due to their ability to recognise the smell they are often used in rescue, like we see in the area of earthquakes and people when they are lost in mountains or forests but also it is used by police to find people.
I think every dog has such huge potential of their skills but they are just not used animals are not human and need to be treated differently.
Thank you for reading, it was a pleasure to read your feedback.

Thank you very much for your kind support 🙏🏻
