☁️ Blue skies and a day in Bogotá 🇨🇴

Some places have an energy that you notice almost immediately, and today Bogotá gave me exactly that feeling. The plaza was full of people, pigeons everywhere, street vendors, beautiful architecture… basically a little bit of everything happening at once. 😅

I love traveling like this because it lets me see a city beyond the typical photos. Walking around, watching everyday life, trying local food, hearing different accents and simply letting myself get lost for a while.

And yes, after so many days of traveling, my routine as a nutritionist has definitely become more flexible. 😂 But I've learned that being healthy doesn't mean carrying your normal routine everywhere you go. Sometimes balance means trying the food, walking all afternoon, drinking enough water and enjoying the experience without guilt.

Today I walked a lot, took too many pictures, and spent a few minutes just standing here looking at that incredible sky. 💙

Another city, another memory I'm very happy to keep.
