✨ Making a wish in Rome 🇮🇹

There are places that are beautiful in photos… and then there are places that make you stop for a second when you finally see them in person.

The Trevi Fountain at night was definitely one of those places for me. The lights, the sound of the water, the architecture, the people making their wishes—it felt almost unreal. 🤍

I love that traveling gives me permission to break away from my normal routine. To walk until late, try foods I don't usually eat, discover new streets, and simply enjoy where I am without overthinking everything.

As a nutritionist, I believe balance is exactly that. Taking care of yourself most of the time, but also knowing when to forget the rules for a moment and live the experience in front of you.

And of course… I made my wish. 🪙✨

I'm not telling anyone what it was, but if the legend is true, Rome and I will meet again someday. 😉
