Achievement-1: My Introduction to Steemit

Hello everyone, greetings to all members from "All Steemit Community", I'm @bigjoe004 on Steemit. Let me officially introduce myself properly.

Joseph Joseph Edem is my name also known as BIG JOE. I'm from the southern part of Nigeria. I'm from Essien Udim local government area of Akwa Ibom State, but I base and reside in Ikot Ekpene Local government area. I'm proudly from Annang tribe.

Although I don't know my exact figures because I haven't checked recently but I think I'm 1.9meter tall and weighing about 80kg which I checked some months ago. I believe I'm healthy and also adding because I'm growing everyday. I'm an energetic darked skinned african man with great potentials, prospects, visions and dreams. My favorite local meal and delicacy is Afang Soup with garri.

We're four siblings, two boys and two girls making me the second child and the first son. I lost my mum last year due to severe illness 💔 while my dad is still alive and active.

I was borned, groomed and raised in a Christian home and family by Christian parents who taught, teaches and educated me through the ways of Jesus christ(christ like) but I'm not that perfect because I'm human, I sin and make mistakes every moment, but i believe the Almighty God forgives me when I pray and ask for forgiveness. In otherwords, I'm a Christian (child of God), a chorister who sings tenor. I love music because i love singing. My denomination is "REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD(RCCG)".

I fell in love with football in my early stage of life as a kid till now I can't resist from it because it's very interesting. Football have been my favorite hobby which have earned me respect, value, popularity and have made me famous both in my time in school campus as a student and in society at large.

But as life goes on, I later developed strong passion for agriculture because it served as a source of livelihood to humanity through food security and sustainability. In otherwords I love playing football and I love agriculture too.

I'm an ex-corps member of osun state (batch B stream 1) 2022 to 2023 who served as a JSS2 Social Studies teacher in Timi Agbale Grammar School, Ede North LGA, Osun State. Indeed I was loved, cherished and valued by both students and staffs in the school which made them celebrate me by performing a sendforth ceremony for me, presenting me with gifts and other tokens for my hardwork, passion, positive impact and dedication during my duration in their organization. However I enjoy their Culture, Religion, Languages, meals and other delicacies. It was one of the best experience in my life.

I graduated from Akwa Ibom State University where I obtained a Bachelor Degree (Bachelor of Agriculture in Animal science) Department of Animal science, Faculty of Agriculture in the year 2022. The duration of the course was 5year which I acquired a good grade (SECOND CLASS HONOURS,UPPER DIVISION). At least my struggles and efforts wasn't in vain and all the Nigerian students slangs, slogans and anthems have been chanting, shouting, singing, screaming and reciting wasn't wasted.

Previously i obtained my West African Senior School certificate (WASSCE) from QUEEN OF APOSTLE'S SEMINARY, Afaha Obong, Abak LGA at first sitting in June 2013 which i passed with flying colors having 6 Credits and 3 B's.

However, I plan to Further my education by attending a Master Programme(MSC) and later progress to PH.D when I'm financially stable and buoyant.

During my time in school my academic activities was so compacted that rendered no spare time to me to go get a skill but i had an intention of going into computer maintenance, software development.Infact i wanted to become a computer scientist or computer engineer by profession but JAMB and Post UTME ruin it which gave me no opportunity to study my preferred dream Course and that's what every Nigerian students is passing through which ended me up studying Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture. At first i regretted studying such course but at time goes on I ended up developing strong love and passion for it which gave me my first professional skill becoming an agriculturist call it farmer.

Due to the high rate of unemployment and inadequate job opportunities for graduates in my country Nigeria, after applying for several jobs opportunities yet still not employed, I had no choice than to return to my family business which involves plumbing materials. However we deal on plumbing materials and sanitary wares like toilets, tanks, all kinds and sizes of pipes, wash hands basins, kitchen sinks, all kinds of fittings and accessories etc, which is what I'm earning from up till now.

I'm joining Steemit with curiosity and I'll stay because of the people. Every comment I'll receive will teach me something new. Every upvote will motivates me to keep improving. Every post will be an opportunity to share my experiences, inspire someone, and learn from others. I believe every creator starts with one post. That first post may not be perfect, but it is the beginning of something meaningful.

There was a time when I believed my ideas didn't matter. I would write thoughts in my notebook, keep my creativity to myself, and wonder if anyone would ever read my words. Then one faithful day I discovered Steemit through a good friend on social media @megareigns who introduced me and also decided to mentor me. That moment, I realized I didn't need permission to share my story. I only needed the courage to press Publish. Today, every post I write is another step in my journey. I write. I share. I learn. I grow.

I won't limit myself, I promise and vow to share My personal experiences, Inspirational stories, educational contents, Meaningful Photography, Lifestyle moments, Technology and Web3, discoveries, Sports, creativity, and everyday life because Every post is a chance to inspire someone.
