One of the things that makes pickleball interesting after 50 is that you're moving without necessarily feeling like you're doing a traditional workout. Walking, reaching, changing direction and reacting to the ball all add up.
The key is finding activities you enjoy enough to keep doing. Pickleball can be part of a healthy-aging routine—but strength training, mobility and recovery are important pieces too. 💪🏓
