Assalamu Alaikum. Today, I would like to share some moments from a lovely day with you all.

I don’t often get the chance to share "diary game" style posts. I keep meaning to, but somehow it never happens. Besides, I don’t always have my mobile phone with me to capture the little things that happen every day—moments that are truly wonderful, even if they go unrecorded. Anyway, today I’m going to share some highlights from a day a while back. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, spent in the company of others, and I truly cherished it. Since sharing every single moment of the entire day would mean posting far too many photos, I’ll share just a few. There were also many other joyful moments that simply weren't captured.

So, I’m sharing some glimpses from a day back in September—specifically, September 24th. I had been longing to go out somewhere for quite some time; staying at home for so long started to feel a bit like being confined. Although I do travel to college regularly, I really wanted to visit a place where I could truly enjoy myself.

My family and I decided to spend an entire day—from morning until evening—exploring a few spots. We chose locations within Chittagong, a city with plenty of places perfect for a full day out. Although we had initially picked a different date, that plan fell through, so we rescheduled for September 24th. We woke up very early that morning—even though we had already packed and prepared everything the night before!

We had to get up early because our transport was scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM. As I stepped out, I was greeted by a beautiful sight. After getting ready, we set off, heading toward Daganbhuiyan. We boarded our vehicle from this point and set off between 8:15 and 8:20 AM. The journey took us about three hours, bringing us directly to Guliyakhali in Chittagong—a spot that stood out as the most captivating part of our entire trip.

I felt like spending the whole day there, but we ended up leaving around midday. The boat ride was the highlight for me; although I was a bit apprehensive at first, it turned out to be a fantastic experience. There were several shops in the area, but we didn't buy anything because the prices were quite high. From there, we headed toward our next destination: Mirsharai, and subsequently, Mahamaya. Of all the places we visited, Guliyakhali was by far the best; the others didn't quite measure up. Finally, we arrived at Bijoy Singha Dighi in Feni. We spent quite a bit of time there, but I won't go into every single detail—otherwise, this post would become far too long.

So, I’ve provided just a brief overview. We also had lunch at a restaurant on our way back from Guliyakhali, followed by some ice cream (though I didn't manage to capture that). At Bijoy Singha Dighi, we enjoyed some snacks like phuchka, coffee, and jhal muri—none of which were captured on camera, as I don't always have my phone in hand.

Anyway, that’s how I spent my day. By the time we got back home, it was already evening—somewhere between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. I truly enjoyed the day, and I hope you enjoy these glimpses into my experience. Thank you all! That’s all for now—take care, everyone.

Sometimes you just need to break out of the house and spend a whole day exploring somewhere new. It sounds like Guliyakhali was definitely worth the early morning start and the long drive.
