Friends, today I am sharing another video with you from a time I visited the Beker market to shop for items like fish and vegetables. Upon arrival, I parked my bike and headed toward the fish section, where I saw a wide variety of fish available for purchase.

This is a very large market in the area, drawing produce—including fish and vegetables—from many different locations. You can find a vast array of both local and saltwater fish here, such as Rohu, Catla, Tilapia, Shing, Magur, Koi, Puti, Bighead Carp, Pabda, Mola-Dela, Hilsa, Rupchanda, Baila, Narkala, Bata, Pangas, and various other domestic and imported varieties.

We usually shop there because prices—especially for fish and vegetables—are significantly lower than in other local markets. Since it is in a neighboring area, we often go there to stock up; the market operates on Sundays and Wednesdays.

The market is organized by the local market committee, including its president and members. Although the committee members may change over time, the market remains a long-standing tradition. People travel from various places to shop here because the produce is fresh and affordable. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this vlog.
