  • Hello art friends, I have been looking for an art community like this for a long time and I finally found it. Let me introduce myself, I’m @M art s, I’m from Indonesia. I hope I will be welcomed well in this community. I’m not very clear about the rules in this community yet, so please let me know if I make any mistakes. On this occasion, I will share a digital artwork titled Freedom.

freedom

This freedom tells the story of a bird that has been trapped in a cage for a long time. From the first day it was caught, it waited for the day of freedom, day by day, month by month, even years passed. It always remembered its family, whether they were still around or not, but it kept them in its thoughts. When the day of release finally came, it was confused about what to feel—happy or sad. Happy because it was free and could fly anywhere it wanted, sad because it didn’t know where to fly since it had been caged for so long, flying aimlessly, until it eventually found a new flock or family. The important thing is that this bird is free, able to breathe in fresh air again.

  • step 2
adding some supporting colors here I added brown, black, gray, orange, bright orange, soft yellow, and cream.
then all the images are combined to create color gradients so that the boundaries between colors are not visible

  • stage 3 for the final result
adding some fir/pine trees, and a round sun.
then the initial sketch of the released bird is put back together.

Welcome to Art & Artists.

We do not have many rules except for posting art or writing about art and or artists.
Next to that our first hashtag is #artonsteemit and it is recommended to use the next 2-3 hashtags to describe your art.

In your case: #artonsteemit #art #digitalart #freedom

You could also use #creative.

We also like you to show the process, explain and name the tools/materials you used. In your case this is a computer program or app?

If it comes to your drawing I like the black and white. Perhaps because Freedom is also not ascalifor has we hope it would be.

We expect you to read and commemt fellow artists, since we can learn from another and it is important to share insights and experiences to grow.

I wish you fun and lots of creativity in Steemit.

Thank you for the warm welcome. For my drawings, I use the ibisPaint app rather than a computer, so I can draw anywhere and at any time using my phone. Thanks for the advice—see you soon!

Your hashtag #illustration has a typo.

Post and hashtags can always be edited.

Alright, thank you; I will edit it right away.

La libertad siempre es buena y eso lo has plasmado en esta ilustración.
