Delicious Steam Chicken Pulao with Shami Kabab

Today I enjoyed a delicious meal of steam chicken pulao with shami kabab. It was very tasty and full of flavor. I had to go somewhere for some important work, and after returning home, this wonderful meal was waiting for me. We had marinated the full chicken leg pieces overnight with simple spices so they could absorb all the flavors.

The next day, the chicken was steamed until it became soft and juicy. After that, we cooked pulao with light spices and fragrant rice, then served it with the steamed chicken and crispy shami kababs. The combination was perfect, and every bite was enjoyable.

The rice was soft, the chicken was tender, and the shami kababs made the meal even more delicious. I really enjoyed this homemade lunch with my family.
