Enjoying Traditional Meethi Tikkiyan on a Rainy Day
Good Day Everyone!
Today we tried a special Punjabi dish called Meethi Tikkiyan. The weather was rainy, so it was the perfect time to enjoy this traditional sweet snack. First, we soaked gur (jaggery) in a little water and waited until it melted completely.
Then we mixed flour (maida) and a little baking soda into the jaggery syrup to make a soft batter. After that, we shaped the mixture into small round tikkiyan and fried them until they became golden brown. The sweet smell filled the kitchen, and everyone was excited to taste them. They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very delicious.
We enjoyed eating them while watching the beautiful rainy weather. It was a wonderful family moment, and the homemade Meethi Tikkiyan made the day even more special. I took some pictures of this tasty dish and I am happy to share them with you.

@faisalamin this looks delicious, my family run a YouTube mukbang channel, so we love food and enjoy eating together as a family. Thanks for sharing.
