I Quit The HustleOf Free Money

in CCC4 days ago

Lately,
I’ve been a collector of apps.
Not friends. Not books.
Apps.

Each one promised:
“Just tap here. Just watch this.
Just 5 minutes a day and wealth will bloom.

1000200753.jpg

I hate it.
I hate how hopeful I get.
How I find myself at 2am,
scrolling for the next "guaranteed" trick.
that turned into... nothing.

1000200751.jpg

But at the end of the day,
I realized the oldest truth:
Nothing comes for free.

Not time. Not peace. Not money.
And I was paying with all three.

So I quit.
Not because I’m lazy.
But because I’m done renting my hours
to an illusion.

If it’s real, it will cost me work.
If it’s free, it will cost me.

And I’m done paying that price.

I feel for these apps too. Silly me.

There are so many fake money apps now.
Glad I got out before it got worse.

Yeah, there's no such thing as free lunch and yet it's so rampant

Ooo I remember one of these! I installed one or maybe two when I was exploring other means to earn a little something and they are such a scam I feel. Complete missions and all that but can't get much unless you spend. I felt cheated at the end of the day. Glad you have quit. Nothing comes free for sure.

Those apps are everywhere and it is the price we pay for getting things for free .mfree as in .if you do not pay for the product you are the product.
Thankfully, my phone lacks memory.
I do sudoku, Murdoku, painting, writing, reading and listening music as much as possible offline.

Once I stop here my phone will be empty.
