Jerusalem Artichoke

Two weeks ago, on a walk with my daughter and my dog, I found a large glade of jerusalem artichoke.
Last Saturday, I was at that place again, but this time with my wife. We wanted to see the jerusalem artichoke flowers, but there were none.
This morning, during a new walk, I saw a jerusalem artichoke in bloom at the very edge of the clearing and a small bumblebee was sitting on the flower.
The bumblebee was fluttering over the flower, it didn't fly anywhere, it was probably looking for nectar.
Thus, when bumblebees, bees, butterflies and even flies fly from one flower to another, they transfer pollen from the stamens to the pistils and fertilize the flowers. That's how Nature works.
It looks like another little bumblebee has appeared on the flower.
Soon the whole clearing will be covered with such flowers. I think I'll see it next week.
