Bathing in the swimming pool with the students was an expression of the joy of the picnic.
Hello friends
How are you all? I hope you are all doing very well by the grace of God. I am also doing very well by your prayers. I am going to start today's new post by greeting and congratulating all the brothers and sisters of 'ccs' on my behalf. Today, I am here to share my feelings about organizing a small picnic with some of my beloved students from the school. I hope you will enjoy hearing about this experience. So, let’s dive into the details.
The day was last Saturday, the 10th. We had been planning a picnic for quite some time, though there was a slight delay in finalizing the date. Finally, the much-awaited day arrived. The students were asked to gather at the school premises by 10:00 AM, and everyone arrived at the school grounds on time. Accompanied by them, I set off for our destination—the "Dhan Shiri Resort" in Gangni Upazila—where the plan was for everyone to enjoy a swim in the pool. We traveled from the school to the resort by vehicle. Upon arrival, tickets for the swimming pool were purchased; the cost was 50 Taka per person. Everyone then changed into their swimwear, gathered at the pool, and began swimming.
They spent quite some time bathing and happily swimming in the pool. A good while passed this way. At one point, I noticed them jumping into the water from above; accidentally, one of them landed awkwardly and sustained a minor injury. After that, they became more cautious while jumping. Once it was past twelve o'clock, I went to a hotel—located two kilometers away from the resort—to fetch food for them. After picking up the meal, I arranged for a vehicle to bring them to our school grounds.
Afterward, I had them sit on the school veranda to keep an eye on the food. Then, I brought sweets and yogurt from a nearby shop, along with cold drinks. I arranged for everyone to sit on the tarpaulin sheet I usually used for private tutoring sessions, and we began the meal. We continued our gathering for quite some time, enjoying the food together with immense delight. Even though the meal had been purchased from a restaurant, the joy we felt was boundless; we truly savored the meal in such a charming atmosphere. Later, the students spent time relaxing on the school grounds, lounging and chatting in their own way—creating a moment filled with a unique, heartwarming sense of happiness for us all.
Afterwards, the students spent a long time lounging on the school grounds, chatting about how they had enjoyed themselves. They eagerly shared what they liked best and recounted the moments they had most enjoyed. As a teacher, I was simply present with them; they refrained from discussing anything inappropriate. Yet, being students, they remained full of laughter and high spirits as they conversed. Amidst this, I noticed several of them taking photos with the flowers and capturing beautiful pictures of themselves around the swimming pool. That is how we spent our much-awaited time together.
