THE DIARY GAME; Cooking, roasting, game

Wagwan my fellow steemians, welcome to yet another episode of my diary session with your's truly @kelvin212.Stay with me.

So I started my day with first thinking about my life, thinking about the next steps to take before this month runs out, it's funny how this month is almost coming to an end. I just went to my backyard and sit there and was thinking, after thinking I went to wash morning dishes. My siblings just be dirtying plates anyhow cause it's not them that's washing it which is so annoying as a last born that I am. After washing dishes I decided to wash my bedsheet cause it has gotten dirty.

In the morning all my siblings went out, my mum went to the bank to sort out some pension issues, so it was only me at home, before my mum stepped out she plug some maize from our farm that I should help her cook it before she gets back. So later in the afternoon I on charcoal and peeled the maize, I don't like cooked corn so I decided to roast one low key which I did. I roasted the corn, then prepared for the cooked one.

I washed my pot, washed the maize then put it inside the pot with some water. Normally some people cooked their corn with the back of the maize, like not peeling it just cooking it like that while some people do their own without the back. I did mine without the back. So after putting the maize in the water I added salt so that it would taste better. I allowed it to cook for like one hour, I was using knife to check it so that it won't overdone.

After cooking it, it did not reach upto thirty minutes my mum came back, she took some part of the maize to go give my grandma. After that I cooked rice so that the house can eat. Finished then off the fire then went over to my room to go and rest, it's not easy to do house work walai.

Later in the evening I wanted to go and play ball, our normal routine but with our heart melting the field we are using to play ball they have farmed on it. So we won't be able to play ball now till after harvest and we don't have any other field that we can use to play ball for the main time, the one we have they are using it to play ball for those people that are actually an athlete. So we went home. Later in the night again I went out with my friends to go and play tennis. After that we left for our houses, today was kinda a busy day though.
