Colorchallenge - Rapeseed Fields - Southern Kentucky
Unfortunately I was not able to get up to a higher vantage point but I was able to back-track through some country roads to get up close to this field of Rapeseed (Brassica napus) that I saw from the interstate to take a few photographs.
No way to catch the full beauty of this with my camera but was very delightful just to look over this field of yellow. So beautiful as you stand back and take it all in but also so much beauty to see when you look at one as an individual.

I love these fields... we have them here in Bulgaria too...
Have you tasted the rapeseed oil?
I think we call it canola oil here in the US. I stick with coconut oil for most of my cooking.

I use local raw sunflowerseed oil...
but for cooking.. whatever there is, or non at all..
p.s. I see you brew beer... will be happy to gain some knowledge from you ...in the future..
I tried only once... from scratch..
tasted awful, but got me kinda drunk :)
