I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I am sharing some photographs of Amra (hog plums) with you—specifically, ones that were freshly picked straight from the tree. I hope you enjoy these photos.

Everyone loves fresh Amra like this. When buying from the market, unscrupulous sellers often use various deceptive methods to preserve them or make them look appealing; however, the experience of eating Amra picked directly from the tree is unmatched—it is far more enjoyable and much healthier.

I visited a home and picked these from their tree; they looked wonderful, so I decided to pick and eat some, and I really enjoyed the taste. These fruits are rich in Vitamin C and have a sweet-and-sour flavor—a favorite for many. Also, the seed inside the fruit can be planted to grow a new tree.

They sell for a good price in the market, and many people cultivate them commercially. However, growing such a tree in your own backyard allows you to harvest plenty of delicious, fresh Amra. I believe planting them near your home is the best option.
