Good evening, Dear Dreamers!

I’m thrilled by the fresh energy that @ladyaryastark has brought to our Community with her Exquisite Corpse competition. It helped us attract some new, ambitious writers, and the overall quality of the storytelling has taken a real leap forward.

What also impresses me greatly is that Arya (in the absence of a real name, I’ll continue to use the borrowed name of a Game of Thrones character who has also distinguished herself through commitment, clarity, daring, creativity and determination ;-)) puts a great deal of effort into the competition, spends a lot of time moderating it superbly, and yet forgoes any rewards; all payouts go to the participants and the Community. That is generous and selfless, and deserves at least a mention here in praise – though it needn’t necessarily stay that way…

The participants in our competition are, of course, rewarded with delegations from me – a chance to generate slightly higher curation rewards themselves and to distribute slightly higher votes. I’d also like to offer this opportunity to @ladyaryastark: along with a huge thank you for your active support and the wonderful inspiration, I’ll be sending you a delegation to support your personal curation – make the most of it!

I’d also like to make you a public offer (feel free to take note of my appreciation): if you’re interested and have the time, I’d love to see you as a Moderator in the Dream Steem Community. You have exactly the kind of respectful communication style I’d like to see in our little literary realm. Take your time to think it over and feel free to get in touch – either publicly or privately – with your decision.

To everyone else, I’d like to remind you once again of my little call to action: please feel free to create a conclusion for our second ‘Exquisite Corpse’ text puzzle, post it within the Community, and in return I’ll offer 20 STEEM for every successful completion of the story. Perhaps things will get exciting again on Steem after all? In any case, we’re doing our best! I Promised.

Guten Abend, liebe Träumer!

Ich bin begeistert vom neuen Schwung, den @ladyaryastark mit ihrem Wettbewerb Exquisite Corpse in unsere Community gebracht hat. Wir konnten dadurch einige neue, ambitionierte Autoren gewinnen und der Erzählstil hat insgesamt einen tüchtigen Sprung gemacht.

Was mich außerdem sehr beeindruckt: Arya (in Ermangelung eines Klarnamens bediene ich mich weiter des geborgten einer Game-of-Thrones-Figur, die sich auch durch Engagement, Klarheit, Verwegenheit, Kreativität und Zielstrebigkeit ausgezeichnet hat ;-)) betreibt großen Aufwand für den Wettbewerb, verbringt viel Zeit mit dessen vorzüglicher Moderation und verzichtet dennoch auf jegliche Rewards; alle Auszahlungen gehen an die Teilnehmer und die Community. Das ist großzügig und selbstlos, soll hier wenigstens einmal lobend erwähnt werden und im übrigen gar nicht unbedingt so bleiben…

Die Teilnehmer unseres Wettbewerbs werden ja mit Delegationen von meiner Seite bedacht – eine Chance, selbst etwas höhere Curation Rewards zu generieren und etwas höhere Votes zu verteilen. Diese Möglichkeit möchte ich auch @ladyaryastark bieten: zusammen mit einem dicken Dankeschön für Deine tatkräftige Unterstützung und den sehr schönen Impuls schicke ich Dir im Anschluß eine Delegation, die Deine persönliche Kuration unterstützen soll: mach’ das Beste daraus!

Ich möchte Dir darüber hinaus ganz öffentlich ein Angebot machen (meine Wertschätzung darf gerne vernommen werden): wenn Du Interesse und Zeit dafür hast, würde ich Dich gerne als Moderatorin in der Dream Steem Community sehen. Du hast genau den wertschätzenden Kommunikationsstil, den ich mir für unser kleines literarisches Reich wünsche. Laß es Dir in Ruhe durch den Kopf gehen und melde Dich gerne – ebenso öffentlich oder privat – mit Deiner Entscheidung.

Allen anderen gebe ich noch einmal die Erinnerung an meinen kleinen Aufruf mit auf den Weg: kreiert gerne einen Abschluß für unser zweites Exquisite Corpse Textpuzzle, verfaßt einen entsprechenden Post innerhalb der Community und ich biete im Gegenzug 20 STEEM für jede gelungene Vollendung der Geschichte. Vielleicht wird es doch noch wieder spannend auf dem Steem? Wir tun jedenfalls unser Bestes! Versprochen.
