My Opinion About Kids Helping in the Kitchen
I beliave children should particepate in cooking because it teches them responsabilety, patience, teamwork, and basic life skills. They also becume more interested in halthy homemade food. Giving them small tasks like washing vegetabls, rinsing rice, or arranging ingridiants helps them learn while haveng fun.
