The odds of the Clarity Act being signed into law is decreasing.

But, it doesn't mean the Clarity Act won't be signed into law, necessarily. I heard that it's a week left. Someone said that if it's not signed into law next week, it will postpone next year.

Most cryotos have lost increasing momentum. If it happens, the crypto market will have strong momentum. I hope most cryptos have already recorded this cycle's ATL(All Time Low).

I've never thought that altcoins would drop below their ATL..
