My Daily Diary: Another Day of Work at the Construction Site

Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of my diary with @dotman777. Today, I'm taking you through my day, from my morning routine at home to the activities at the construction site.

I woke up early and had my usual devotion. After praying, I cleaned my room, washed the dishes, took my bath, and brushed my teeth. I also sorted out my clothes, separating the dirty ones from the clean ones, before getting ready for work.

At exactly 6:00 a.m., I left home for the yard. The road was already busy, with vehicles moving in different directions. It took me almost 20 minutes of walking to get there. At the gate, I met the police officers and vigilantes responsible for the yard's security. I opened the gate, went inside, signed in, and plugged in my phone and power bank to charge.

When it was time to head to the site, I joined the Safety Department Manager's bus. On arrival, I found somewhere to sit and waited for the rest of my team. While using my phone, I noticed some surveyors working with the laboratory personnel. They were collecting sand samples, putting them into nylon bags, tying them, and taking them to the laboratory for testing.

Our job that day was to monitor the excavation and earth-filling operations. We stayed around the excavators, other machines, and tipper trucks, keeping an eye on their activities as work progressed. We continued until lunchtime, when we took a break to eat.

I used part of the lunch break to reply to messages, chat with people, and post content on my social media platforms. Once the break was over, I returned to the site and resumed monitoring the excavator operators, truck drivers, and other machine operators.

Before the end of the workday, we carried out some coordination activities, including sharing corners twice. We remained at the site until closing time, then returned to the yard. I signed out and made my way home.

That was my day at work. I'm grateful to God for another day of life and the strength to carry out my daily responsibilities. Thank you for following my diary. I remain your faithful, @dotman777.
