I am open for suggestions

I know Improvement is important in life and this is the most disappointing part of the life challenges. But don't you think we can improve with right kind of support?

If we get constructive criticism and useful tips to help us better person I welcome their support but the condition is the person trying to improve me should know his job.

I believe and I am repeating that improvement is essential in life, yet it can feel disappointing when challenges make progress seem slow or out of reach. Still, I’m convinced we can grow with the right kind of support. Constructive criticism and practical tips help me become a better person, but there’s a condition, the person guiding me should truly know their job.

When someone offers advice from experience and understanding, it feels less like judgment and more like partnership. I welcome their support because it comes with clarity and purpose. For example, a mentor who has gone through a similar points can tell me where I missed and suggest or lead me to right path.

But, advice from someone who doesn’t understand my context or even his own feels confusing or should I say discouraging. It’s not that I don't want feedback on my posts but I don't want coming such suggestions from an ignorant person. Worst of all a suggestion to someone not taken gracefully is surely not a done thing.

After all, improvement needs an expertise and when I receive thoughtful, informed feedback, I feel motivated so I welcome them, but it should come from someone that knows his job to remind me that growth is about perfection and progress.
