I view the word "growth" as progress in life, achieving a goal, moving from one step to another, and upliftment in life. Growth means progressing beyond the level we are currently at. For example, on the Steemit platform, someone who has 2k Steem power today keeps pushing and eventually reaches 5k Steem power and has achieved growth.

Growth is not all about achieving financial success; it can be life progress, promotion, academic achievement, growth in life from being a young boy to a young man, and a lot more. With all that I have said, growth means progressing in whatever we're doing in life.

• Personal growth: This is the kind of growth that is set by an individual, where a person would set a target for himself or herself for what he or she wants to achieve in life.

• Academic growth: This is the kind of growth where one achieves academic success, like graduating from college or university, or attaining an academic level or title.

• Physical growth: This is the kind of growth that involves the physical appearance of someone, and it is about being tall, gaining weight, having a loud voice, etc.

• Financial growth: This is about having money, achieving financial success, becoming wealthy and influential.

• Economic Growth: This is about business growth where one or a country progresses in economic activities.

• Emotional growth: This is the growth of having a stronger mind and a genuine heart, or the ability not to feel weak over something.

Yes, I believe that growth depends on willingness. We can achieve growth when we're ready for it; we make an effort to achieve goals. For example, here on the Steemit platform, I am ready for growth, and my willingness is that I would be very active in posting and engaging with other Steemians across the Steemit platform.

Also, a person who wants to achieve academic growth must be willing to study hard to achieve academic success, just as someone who wants to achieve a nice body buildup must also be willing to take good care of his or herself and go to the gym. Willingness leads to taking action.
