They Aren't Going To Say, "Take Me To Your Leader"
In all of the early alien visitor/invasion movies, there was the line, "Take me to your leader".
Which says more about the programming/propaganda than it does about aliens.
Even Star Trek, years later, tried to contact the govern-cements of planets they visited.
If you pull up to a planet, and you look out and see that the population is warring, then, you can assume that the govern-cement is behind the war. Actually it is the banksters who are behind the wars, the govern-cement is the ones who enact it.
So, if you saw a war happening below, do you contact the govern-cement? Well, not if you can help it.
Star Trek had advanced tech?
People believe that aliens have advanced tech, not comprehending that some of what we call advanced tech is idiotically easy, and some of our depictions of advanced tech are impossible. (Well, what do you expect from a world full of people who have been lied about science all their lives.
Faster than light travel? Well, is teleportation faster than light?
Light is not a speed limit. It is the speed at which a "photon" can go through every Planck unit. You do not need to go through every single space.
Aliens have communication that travels across the galaxy almost instantly. (it will be a long time before we can measure the delay) And we will discover this soon, it we haven't already discovered it.
The biggest difference between what they can do and Star Trek is what they can "see". Many psychics can see the aura around people. This give an immense amount of data. What spiritual level that being is. How open their mind is. Health in their bodies. We will have tech that can see, or help see these auras. Aliens have this ability, and so can see if people are ok with being contacted.
They can see the levels of people "in power" and choose whether to approach them.
Their basic sensors/senses are far higher than Star Trek. They do not need to come down to the planet to get most any readings they want.
Then, why do we see UFOs?
If the aliens do not need to come down to Earth, then why do they?
Well, there is a lot more Earth to see and experience. There are portals and gravitational anomalies and all kinds of other things to see/experience up close. There are also people to visit and interactions to enjoy.
However, right now, the specific aliens who are flying all over the Earth are hear to show us that they are here. They are giving people time to adapt.
You remember what happened with "War of the Worlds" radio show. People freaked out and started shooting at everything. Many people lost their minds. And that was from one radio show, that paused every once in a while to tell people that it was only a show.
So, to a world that is not sure that aliens exist, one must take the time to let world see that they are there. They are standing there letting the people on the shore acknowledge them and verify if they are hallucinating or if what they are seeing is real.
Are they real?
Of course they are, but that isn't really the question.
Angels, demons, fey, fairies, pixies… are all real, but most people do not see them, nor interact with them. So, are they real? The reality part comes when you start interacting with them. Before then, it doesn't matter if they are "real". It just doesn't matter.
So, Earthlings are getting a the time that they will need to process that there are other beings in the galaxy.
For their part, the Department of War is slowly putting out grainy footage of UFOs and releasing almost meaningless data. However, slow and steady is the only thing that will win this race. So, they are doing the correct thing, whether its because they are dragging their feet, or that they are read in on the plan, we may never know.
The people who know, know. And this slog through release must seems so painful.
Those who are ready to be contacted, will be contacted.
There is a reason you would do things this slowly. It is not a simple task to tie your karma to another world's karma. Everything that is done is this period could have massive consequences. If you help, you may set up futures where they will always expect help. If you even open your mouth about your technology, you could derail their technology for centuries. (yes, we are going to find out that they have computers, and that their computers work VERY differently, maybe even the logic is different.)
So, us Earthlings will go through this "first contact" very slowly, and most will not comprehend why it has to be that way. They will not comprehend the cause and effect relationships, even if they are explained. We humans do not view time correctly. We think it is linear when it is circular.
There will be so much to learn from each other. Especially why they do not ask to speak to our leaders.
