CONTEST: PHOTO TIME WEEK #94 -Peacock ready for dancing,, Pakistan
It is said that when a peacock is overjoyed, it spreads its feathers in a state of ecstasy and begins to dance. We witnessed this scene firsthand; recently, we visited a safari park and saw a peacock preparing to dance and then performing its dance.
We had actually tossed some biscuits for the peacocks to eat, and while the others were busy feasting on them, the particular peacock in the photo I am sharing with you was perched up in a tree. Upon seeing the others eating, it flew down, ate a biscuit, and immediately prepared to spread its plumage; its tail gradually fanned out, and it began to dance—a beautiful scene that I instantly captured with my camera.
The peacock was dancing and slowly moving forward; it continued walking well beyond its usual spot, keeping its feathers spread wide.
It was a captivating sight that everyone was watching with great interest.
