The Diary game:[18/08/2026]Very productive day , going out for delivery to maintenance, and cooking potatoes and egg

Hello everyone, welcome to another day of my diary session with @thyabiodun ,this morning I woke up with a grateful heart 🙏new day, new chance to show up for my brand and my customers,first task was logistics,I had orders I finished yesterday and they needed to go out today. So I packaged everything neatly, got dressed, and took a quick selfie before I stepped out, even errands deserve a little "feeling myself" moment. a designer must carry herself well.🥰

I headed straight to Guo,it is a logistic company for interstate deliveries,the place was busy as usual, but I moved fast,processed my customers' orders, paid, and collected the receipt,Immediately I snapped it and sent to my client for confirmation with the code, that code is important o,it’s what Guo will request when she goes to pick up,if she doesn't provide the code she won't be able to collect her package.

Came back home with peace of mind,the moment I got in, I didn’t even touch fabric yet the first thing I did was to oil my machine,you know why? I still remember the pain and the money I spent the last time an engineer came to repair it 😭 he opened it and said lack of oil damaged this part and said I should oil my machine regularly, that day entered my brain and I didn't want to take any chances,so I took my oil bottle, cleaned the machine, and oiled everywhere it needed. Small maintenance now saves big repair later,I’m protecting my money.

After that, food time I can’t sew well on an empty stomach. So I made potato and eggs to give me strength so I will be able to work for hours. One can’t function well with an empty stomach, stomach full, energy full.

I peeled the potato, rinsed it with water before proceeded to cooking it.

And just like that, my day was set,orders sent , machine maintained,heart grateful,now it’s time to face the cutting table and create magic,this is the behind the scenes nobody posts. The errands, the maintenance, the cooking, then the creating. building a brand is not just sewing. It’s taking care of every little thing so the big things can flow.
