MOMENTS IN FOCUS — PHOTO CONTEST #5

Some objects mark unforgettable moments and experiences. This crystal ball belonged to my mother, and my niece now keeps it.

I remember the day I took this photograph particularly well. Making an object the focus, capturing it up close along with its reflection, and blurring the background offers a different perspective.

Yet the moment remains, like the bubbles floating inside.

Hay objetos que marcan momentos y situaciones inolvidables. Esta bola de cristal perteneció a mi madre y actualmente la conserva mi sobrina.

El día que hice esta fotografía lo recuerdo especialmente. Darle el protagonismo a un objeto, capturar su primer plano, su reflejo y velar el fondo le da una visión diferente.

Sin embargo el momento permanece como las burbujas que flotan dentro.
