The happiness is often misunderstood as an everlasting state of euphoria, but it is more precisely described as a spectrum of the positive emotions - dedication, devotion, joy, satisfaction and peace that arise from our connection to ourselves and also the world in our surroundings.
Fundamentally, the happiness is the personal experience of our well-being, it is often provoked by the meaningful connections, a sense of purpose or the covert cooperation of the present moments. It is not only the absence of sadness but it is also the presence of a deep sense of fulfillment that remains even when the life becomes difficult.
The question is that whether a person can be happy always and this belongs to the nature of the human condition. To attempt to be always happy is a chase that is often inconvenient because it ignores the essentials of the full emotional spectrum. The emotions are the biological and psychological signals aimed to help us navigate our surroundings environment.
The emotions of the sadness, fear and anger serve fundamental functions , they tell us when we have lost something significant, when a boundary has been crosssd or when we are in a situation of danger. If we were to survive in a continuous state of high energy joy, we would loss the ability to process sorrow, we would learn from the mistakes.
Sometimes, I felt very disappointed but I try to stay happy in the challenges. The fist thing is that I practice the profound recognition. When I did a mistake , I try to focus on it and then I try to learn from my mistake.
I have made my habit to accept the reality instead of overthinking because overthinking can cause anxiety and depression. The acceptance is not about that liking the situation but it is about the acknowledgement so we can move forward.

One of the most intense emotional challenges a person can face is the weight of the chronic meticulousness. This is a delicate, internal form of suffering where the happiness of a person is held detainee by an impossible standard. When we believe that our worth is tied to our goals and achievements our mistakes feel like cataclysmic failures rather than the natural elements of the learning. This can create a constant state of depression and anxiety and also a sense of not being enough which can prevents any lasting satisfaction from taking root.
To handle the shadow of the perfectionism, one must first practice the art of intentional imperfections. This involves intentionally stepping into low stakes situations where one is allowed to be tolerable. For instance, try a new hobby that you have no purpose of mastering such as sketching or a new sport with the specific goal of being bad at it.
This is helpful to break the cycle of the high pressure performance and teaches our brain that values persist even when one is not performing at a peak level. The second one must shift his or her internal dialogues from a judgmental voice to a curious one. When you do a mistake, instead of asking" why am I so incapable?" , try asking " it was unexpected" , I will learn for the next time .
