The Diary Game: Remolding My Traditional Kitchen(03/08/2026)

Hello steemit friends, @emarchy is back today with another diary. Yesterday was a busy one for me, I had planned to plaster my kitchen again as the moulds were beginning to fall off but due to my ill health I could not do it earlier so when I got up yesterday with a good sound, I thanked God and began to do my chores and amongst the chores I did was to plaster my kitchen.

Digging the soil to get the clay was not an easy job, at some point I wished my husband was at home to assist me but I had to continue as there was no available help. I digged a pan full of clay, carried it on my head to the head and asked my daughter to bring water so I could mix it with the clay to get the mud for my work.

I did a mixture of water and clay and got my mud, I began to plaster my kitchen. I had fifteen minutes rest, during the rest period, I quickly made breakfast for my children as my last born was already crying of hunger before I continued with the work.

It was late afternoon already when i finished, I washed my tools before I took my bath, ate and had my rest. When I woke up in the evening, I fetched water, prepared dinner and ate my my family when my husband returned from work. I was too tired to make a post yesterday so I just went to bed.
