Steemit Challenge Season 34 - Week 8 Improving Steemit.com
What I would like to see on Steemit.com is a new feature that gives users flexibility on the Steemit platform. I have introduced and talked about what this feature looks like and how it will improve the steemit platform.
What one new feature would you like to see added to Steemit.com?
The new feature that I would like to see added to Steemit.com is a Post Scheduling Feature. This is a good feature that would allow users to write their posts on Steemit and choose when to post them, even when their are not online.
For example, I can write my post and prefer to post it during the night, which I may not have time to post it at the specific time and date that I want, but with the Post Scheduling feature, it would be possible for the post to be published automatically.
Describe in detail how the new feature would work.
The Post Scheduling Feature would allow users to prepare their post in advance, select the date and time they want the post to be published, and save it for automatic posting.
For example, as I publish one post every day, if I know that tomorrow I will be busy, I can prepare a post today and save it in the post scheduling feature and set it to publish at the time I want it to publish.
Also, the feature would allow users to cancel or edit scheduled posts before their posting time. The feature would enable users to plan their content better and allow users to be consistent on Steemit.com.
Who would be able to make this new feature?
Those in charge of Steemit development would be able to develop this feature and make the feature available for all users. For better development, the developers or Steemit development team could seek feedback from users to ensure that the feature work smoothly.
Would many people use it?
Yes, I believe many users would find the feature helpful, those users who publish posts on Steemit daily but have busy schedules offline. Also, it would save time for users and reduce the stress of users trying to publish content at a particular moment while they are busy.
Would the new feature bring new people to the platform, or would it mainly improve the experience of existing users?
Yes, I believe the feature will bring new people to the platform, but it would mainly improve the experience of existing users on the platform, as users would find a better way of publishing their content even when they're busy.
