THE DIARY GAME: (16-08-2026) ATTENDING CHURCH SERVICE, WASHING CLOTHES AND RESTING.
Good day Steemers, i welcome you'll to another episode of my dairy game. My name still remains @gideonmayor and today's episode is about how my day went on Sunday.
This morning I woke up feeling excited and happy to go to church because it's the Lord's day and we all have to rejoice and be glad in it. so I went on my knees and said a few prayers for about 10minutes and got up and went to clean my footwear and prepare my beautiful dress for the Sunday service because I need to meet up with first service.
i was about leaving the house when the rain started at around 7:20am and y'all know how this rainy season is that it'll just disrupt and disorganised your day like nothing happened so I don't mind oo I entered the rain like that abeg no be me go go late to church today.
i got to the pick up location at Gate 6 Umudike. I entered the bus and even though it wasn't full but at least I found a comfortable place to sit not like the normal day where there will be crowd and stampid to enter the bus. We got to church around 8:10am and the rain was still falling but no need to be scared I'm in my father's house now 😊
going back home from church
after the second service ended around 1pm.....I was sitting down and I took some shots (pics) with my phone. I just decided to pass time with it because the rain was still falling outside and I'll also wait for second bus to come and carry us to our pick up location aswell.
some snacks to munch on
On my way home I was feeling some movement in my stomach and u guys know what I'm talking about na so I passed by a provision shop to buy some snacks to munch on before I get home and fulfill my activities
washing clothes
After getting home I brought out some clothes to wash because it has been a stressful and long week for me that's why it's been hard for me to wash my clothes. There's something oddly satisfying about scrubbing clothes clean and watching the pile in the bucket shrink as everything gets sorted and rinsed. By the time I finished, I felt like I had earned a little more rest, so I went right back to bed for a well-deserved nap.
Taking a nap
After a long day, but a good one the kind that reminds you progress often comes with some exhaustion. Today was really eventful am looking forward to seeing many more like it. Thank y'all for having me see y'all on the next one
