The Diary Game [20/08/2026]: Behind the scenes of My small scale Bussines: Restocking,Hardwork and Growth

Today I want to share with you the behind the scenes of my small business. These are some of my goods that landed few days ago Running a Hair,hair essentials and beauty supply shop is not easy, but it is very rewarding. Currently, consistency and good customer service are the keys to staying in business. Let me show you how I am restocking my shop to serve customers better.

Hair clip

In this first picture, you can see different types of hair sectioning clips and salon clips. We have yellow crocodile clips, black clips, purple and blue ones. There are different other types of clips. These small tools are very important for wig makers,sectioning when styling a hair and hairstylists. Without them, you cannot do neat stretching ,bobing,braiding, neat weaving, or neat styling. Many people think clips are small, but they are the foundation of good hair styling work. When a stylist has the right tools, the job becomes faster and neater. That is why I make sure I always have them in stock for myself , other stylists and my customers who buy from me.

But my business is not only about clips. It includes so many other hair tools,hair essentials and beauty products.

Hair essentials and hair tools

Here in this second picture, you can see hair essentials products and equipment inside one big cartoon We have leave-in conditioners, hair creams, treatments, edge control, hair oil and styling tools. These are the products we use daily to take care of our customer's hair. From natural hair to relaxed hair and wigs, from kids to adults, we must always have stock. When your shelf is full, customers will trust you more. They will know that you are serious and that you care about their hair and you know what you're doing. I buy these products in bulk so that I will not run out during busy weeks.

The work of unboxing and arranging is not easy at all.

In this third picture, you can see cartoons everywhere. products inside, and everything scattered. This is the real process of business. First it is messy, then you arrange it and it becomes beautiful. Here you can see Mediana Leave-In Conditioning Milk and other products for natural and relaxed hair. Every cartoon we open means more services for customers and more income for the business. Restocking is hard work, but it is the only way to grow.

I am very much happy doing this my little Bussines the way I can and the way my strength could carry me

Eyes lashes and some beauty products

In this last picture, we have lashes, nail tools, trays and other beauty accessories. Beauty business is wide. Today it is hair, tomorrow it is nails, next it is lashes and makeup. The more products and services you offer, the more customers you will attract. I am expanding little by little so that my shop can become a one-stop beauty center.

Currently, small business is still one of the best ways to make money in Nigeria. It provides daily income, independence, and opportunity to grow. If we stay consistent, keep our shop stocked, and treat customers well, they will keep coming back. Hard work pays.

I have always noticed that :

Consistency in business brings customers.
Small tools and products make big money .
If you restock well, you will surely sell well
