The Diary Game: Stressful Day At Work/ Getting Things I Need (31/10/2026)

Hi everyone, welcome to another diary session with yours truly @ruthyvelly. In today's diary session, I will be sharing with you how my day went.

I started my day with my usual morning prayers. I was tired of wearing wig, so I decided to loose the weaving i had inorder to be on my natural hair. It took me some time to finish loosing it which almost made me to be late at work. When I was done loosing it, I took my bath, prepared for work and had my breakfast.

When I got to work, I started work immediately. I started with a set of quenchers that needed to be branded. I printed the logo going on them before proceeding to pasting them on the quencher. While I was pasting this one, I was also printing another logo that was going on another item. It took many hours to be done with that because I did all alone, while my colleagues were busy with other works. When the second logo was done printing, I started working on it immediately because the rider that came to deliver it was already on his way then. I tried my best to finish it before he got there. Even still on that, I was also attending to some Engraving works that came.

We close very early on saturdays, that's why I tried to round up before our closing time which I did. On my way home, I branched at an Atm stand to withdraw some cash before going home. But when I got there, I was told by the security personnel there, that the machine wasn't dispensing cash at that moment unless I would wait for some minutes. Unlike me, I would have left, but i just decided to wait behind. While I was still waiting, I received a call from our admin at work, that there was an item I branded that had an error, and also I forgot to collect a letter I had been requesting from her. I had no choice than to go back.

Getting there, some of my colleagues were already waiting for me, so I corrected the error and rebranded on the item, even though it wasted time and made us close very late.

When we finally closed, I went to the first shop and got an attachment I would be using to make my hair. Then to the second shop to get my body oil, before I headed home. One of my colleagues and I boarded the same bus, and he paid my tfare.
