On Thursday, I went to the F1 Thursday Pit Lane Experience. It was an awesome event, but getting in was a real test of patience!

星期四，我去参加了 F1 星期四的维修通道体验活动。这是一个非常棒的活动，不过要进去还真的挺考验耐心的！

Before we could even get close to the racetrack, we had to join an agonizingly long queue. It felt like we were waiting forever just to get near the entrance.

在我们还没能接近赛道之前，就必须排起长长的队伍。感觉排了很久很久，才终于接近入口处。

As we slowly shuffled forward, I could see the Singapore Flyer lit up beautifully in the background.

当我们慢慢向前移动时，可以看到背景中亮着美丽灯光的观景轮。

There were various queue stops along the way before they finally let us through to Gate 1 for the bag check.

一路上有好几个排队停顿点，最后他们才终于放行让我们到 1 号门进行包包检查。

Before we cleare the bag check, we were greeted by this bright "#F1NIGHTRACE" lighted sign surrounded by lush green plants. It was the perfect spot for a quick photo!

通过安检之前，迎面而来的是这个被绿意盎然的植物包围着的亮丽“#F1NIGHTRACE”标志。真是个拍张照打卡的好地方！

Security was super tight, which is completely expected for such a huge international event!

安检非常严格，这也是如此大型国际活动所预期的！

Finally, we went in.

最后，我们进去了。

We still moved very slowly.

我们依然走得很慢。

The atmosphere was fantastic with the super bright track lighting overhead. Lots of people were out there doing some people-spotting, taking photos, and just enjoying being on the track where the fast cars race.

现场的气氛非常棒，头顶上的赛道照明灯超级亮。许多人都在那里看人、拍照，单纯享受站在赛车飞驰的赛道上的奇妙感觉。

Eventually, we reached the first pitstop. Overall, it was a very fun experience to get up close to the pitstops, do some people-spotting, and walk around the actual racetrack taking photos.

最终，我们到达了第一个维修站。总体来说，能近距离观察维修站、观察人群、在赛道上拍照，是一次非常有趣的体验。

Someone rode pass on a bicycle.
