My day today went much like any other ordinary day. However, after I finished my Asr prayer and went up to the rooftop, I found the weather to be quite cloudy. Although there was no chance of rain, the sudden drop in temperature felt rather pleasant. I captured this beautiful scene in the sky and the weather conditions with my camera.

After coming down from the rooftop, I called my friend to suggest that we all go to KFC together. My son had been asking to go to KFC for a while though, interestingly, he had made this request to my friend (his "aunt") rather than to me. So, today, I set out with my two sons and my friend’s son, heading toward KFC. It feels wonderful when a plan you’ve been looking forward to for days finally comes together. There is a unique joy in going out to eat together as a group.

There is a special offer at KFC on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Because of this offer, the restaurant was quite crowded. After waiting for a while, it was finally our turn. We all really enjoyed the time spent together; since we had gone out as a group, the children, in particular, had a great time. We adults spent the time chatting and catching up. Afterward, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

After leaving the restaurant, we went to a children’s clothing store across the street. It had a vast collection of various types of children’s apparel. My friend bought some clothes as gifts for my sons, and I also purchased a few T-shirts and shirts for my two boys. By the time we finished our shopping, it had become quite late, so we headed home.

On my way home, with winter approaching, I bought some essential personal care items. Upon reaching home, I washed up to freshen myself, then put the children to bed; once they were asleep, I went to bed as well.
