The Shopping The Game (29-10-26) : I bought some necessary items from Joydebpur Market.
Assalamu Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I am @selina1
From #Bangladesh
I begin by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite grace of Allah, I am doing very well. The sky has been overcast for the past 3–4 days, and we even had some light rain yesterday. I had planted some winter vegetables around our house, and I’m a bit worried now—if there’s too much rain, there’s a chance they might die.
Anyway, upon waking up this morning, I stood on the balcony and noticed that the sky was still overcast, with a high chance of rain. While brushing my teeth, I headed up to the rooftop, washed my face, and tidied up the rooftop garden. There are several types of rose bushes up there; one of them had many flowers blooming at once, which looked absolutely beautiful—I captured the scene with my phone.
Since it was already 8:00 AM, it was time to start cooking; I prepared roti (flatbread) and stir-fried potatoes for everyone. Our tenants are moving out this month, and they were busy packing up their belongings. After finishing in the kitchen, I went over to their room to check on their progress and spend some time with them. We had built a strong bond over the past few months, but they have to move on for their own reasons. Afterward, I had breakfast around 10:00 AM and spent some time resting and watching TV until 11:00 AM. I didn't have much to do today, as my mother-in-law left a little while ago to visit her family home. So, I began preparing lunch.
Once the cooking was done, I took a bath, freshened up, and my husband and I ate together. We spent the rest of the afternoon resting. Around 4:30 PM, we got ready to head to the market in Joydebpur. My husband and I arrived there just as evening was setting in. At the market, I first bought some lace and elastic for a new dress I’m making. Then, my husband and I visited another shop, where we purchased a few locks. The total cost for the locks was 1,500 BDT, which is equivalent to 241.9 STEEM.
After that, I did some more miscellaneous shopping, and by the time I finished, it was around seven in the evening. I stood on the street to take a few photos of the market before heading home. Since we had traveled by bike, the journey from Joydebpur back home didn't take very long.
Once home, I changed my clothes and freshened up by washing my face and hands. I felt quite exhausted after the shopping trip, so I decided not to conduct any private tutoring sessions for my students today. After having a light snack, I lay down to rest.
