Be Yourself: Your Uniqueness Is Your Greatest Strength

I have come to realise that my uniqueness in life is my greatest strength and not how I try to please people. There is nothing in this world that one would do that people wouldn't talk about.

It is either you are being talked about for your good, or you're being talked about for your bad, and even when you're being talked about for your good, some people would criticise you. Is there anything one would do in this world that people wouldn't talk about him or her?

I have faced criticism many times in life, and I hold on to my uniqueness. A few months ago at my place of work, I put in my best work for the company, and at the beginning I thought I was loved by my fellow workers, but I got to realise that those who plan the downfall of others are not strangers, but there are those who are closer.

My praise for being a hard-working and dedicated staff member turned out to create enemies for me. Some would claim to love you and pretend to celebrate with you, but deep down in their hearts they don't love you as you may think.

I am not a trouble type, but there's some kind of trouble that I cannot let go, simply because I want to attain righteousness. It is said that give what belongs to Caesar to Caesar, and also an aura for aura.

At my place of work, people take my kindness and simplicity for stupidity, which I realise and put an end to it. Once upon a time, I had to pay for what I knew nothing about because of the negligence of my colleagues. It happens the first time I kept quiet, second time I quiet, the third time I kept quiet and accepted all the blames and paid for the losses.

To the people doing it, I am senseless, until I prove them wrong and how stupid they're. My parents taught me not to fight for revenge but to be myself and stand for what is right, and shun what is wrong
