My community is Steel manufacturing community. Now I’m belonging to Rani Steel & Re-Rolling Mills Pvt. Ltd., a modern mild steel (MS) reinforcement bar manufacturing company located in Shyampur. Kadamtoli, Dhaka,Bangladesh..The company is engaged in producing high quality TMT (Thermo Mechanically Treated) reinforcing bars that are widely used in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction projects throughout the country. This factory requires engineers, metallurgists, technicians, machine operators, electricians, mechanics, lab operator, and administrative staff.
The company plays an important major role in supplying construction top grade reinforcement steel that supports the development of roads, bridges, high rises buildings, big power plants, and other infrastructure projects across the Bangladesh.

Steel manufacturing is extremely important because steel reinforcement bars are one of the fundamental materials used in reinforced concrete structures. Almost every building, bridge, flyover, highway, factory, hospital, and educational institution requires high quality reinforcement steel. Without reliable steel production, modern infrastructure development would be impossible. Stell Industry contributes directly to national development by supplying good quality grade rebars that improve structural safety and longevity. 1. The prices of scrap steel, ferroalloys, and refractory materials fluctuate significantly, increasing production costs.
2. Steel manufacturing requires a large amount of electricity and gas fuel. Rising energy taxes have a direct impact on manufacturing expenses.
3. Producing reinforcement bars that consistently meet mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and bend performance requires precise process control.
4. Heavy Engineering industrial machines operate continuously under extreme conditions, needs regular maintenance to reduce production breakdowns.
5. Employees work around molten steel at temperatures around 1,650°C, heavy machinery, and high voltage electrical systems. Strict safety procedures and safety equipment are essential.
6. Factories must minimize dust emissions, wastewater discharge, and air pollution to motivate towards the green technologies.
7. Modern steel plants require engineers and technicians. Continuous training is necessary to keep touch with new technologies and improve process parameter to improve production.
