The Diary Game // 09th October 2026 // "A Big Day for a Holiday"

Today I’m going to write a diary about my activity in 09-10-2026 (Friday). I hope everyone will enjoy my diary.

Yesterday was Friday, the weekend in Bangladesh, so there was no pressure to go to the office or deal with any work-related responsibilities. My wife wasn't at home, so I had the whole day to myself. I woke up around 10:00 AM and started my morning with a cup of coffee.

After finishing my coffee, I went out to Moni Bazar in Mohammadpur to buy fish and vegetables for the week. I bought some big fish, small fish, and a few kinds of everyday vegetables. After returning home, I cleaned and washed all the fish and started preparing food for lunch and dinner.

I cooked a few dishes, including spiny gourd, mashed plantain, and fish curry with potatoes, tomatoes, and kidney beans. Cooking took some time, but I enjoyed preparing everything myself. Once the food was ready, I called my younger brother, Choton, and asked him to join me for lunch. He came over, and we sat together to enjoy the food I had cooked. It felt good to share a homemade meal with him.

After lunch, we took some rest and spent a quiet afternoon at home until around 6:00 PM. Later, we decided to go to Motalib Plaza because Choton's mobile phone had a broken display since last month. Before heading there, we stopped at a shopping mall to buy some clothes.

After that, we went to Motalib Plaza, a well-known market for mobile phone servicing and accessories. We talked to a few people and bargained over the price. Finally, we managed to get the display changed for around Tk 1,500 (100 steem). The whole process took almost an hour, but at least his phone was working properly again. During coming back we noticed there was a temporary Betel leaf seller on the road. we stopped there & brought 2 betel leaf. that was too tasty.

By the time we finished everything and returned home, it was around 10:00 PM. We had dinner together and then watched a movie. Later, I spent some time doing my homework and working on Steemit before finally going to bed.

It was a simple Friday, but I enjoyed it. I did some grocery shopping, cooked my own meals, spent time with my younger brother, and took care of a few things outside the house. There was no office pressure or particular rush, just an ordinary day spent doing everyday things.
