Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am doing very well too. I am back with you again. I visited the Shekhahar fresh produce market to put together a new post. I will include a map so that you can understand the location of this market.

A weekly market is held about four or five kilometers away from our village on Sundays. Trading and shop setups begin right after midday. I prepared to visit this market in the afternoon. To get there, we first had to take an auto-van for about two or three kilometers and get off; then, we had to board another auto-van to reach the actual market location. After a patient journey, we arrived at the destination and witnessed a beautiful scene—a market set up in a rural atmosphere. The stalls were arranged neatly, and people had gathered to shop. As I entered, I took a lovely photograph; I captured the image on my mobile phone just as someone was busy shopping.

After that, I started wandering around other parts of the market. Since this was my first visit, I took the opportunity to explore; although the market isn't huge, it houses quite a few shops. I spotted more stalls displaying various snacks—such as different types of biscuits and chanachur—all neatly arranged to attract customers. The goods were displayed so invitingly that shoppers could easily browse and select their favorites. Nearby, another vendor was selling puffed rice—a snack we all love—and I could see several other shops in the vicinity as well.

Two people are sitting at this market with fish, keeping them in water to ensure they stay alive; this allows buyers to easily purchase them while they are fresh. Additionally, another person is running a grocery stall under a shelter, which protects the merchandise from getting wet should it rain. People are steadily entering the market and looking towards the stalls, intending to buy vegetables that suit their preferences.

That is how I was making my way around the market. I spotted another food stall there, offering items like Jilapi and Nimki—delicious treats with a unique flavor. I tried my best to capture some great video footage during my visit. I even took a photo there to build trust with you all. That is how I explored the market; I hope you enjoy this.
