Zia Bridge

For this photography contest, I chose Zia Bridge, a beautiful bridge built over a river in Khansama Upazila, Dinajpur District, Bangladesh. The bridge was constructed in 2005. It is quite large and looks very beautiful. The river view and the peaceful natural environment make this place attractive to many visitors.

This was my first visit to this location. As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the calm and relaxing atmosphere. I noticed many small shops along the roadside and also a few floating shops on the river. I really liked these floating shops because they made the place look more unique and interesting.

The environment is very clean. I did not see any litter around the area, and the river water was also clean. Many people live near the river, and some of them earn their living by catching fish.

In my opinion, the best places for photography are on the bridge and on the river sandbar. The bridge looks amazing from the riverbank, and the sandbar is also a great spot for taking photos. I took most of my photos with the ultra-wide camera, and I think wide-angle shots look much better because they capture both the bridge and the beautiful surroundings. Drone photography is also possible here.

The place is usually not very crowded, but on weekends and public holidays, many people come here to enjoy their free time. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, including seating areas under the bridge. There is also a children's park nearby, which makes it a nice place for families. If you feel hungry, you can visit the floating shops and enjoy some food while watching the beautiful river.

Since this is a public river and a government bridge, there is no entrance fee. You only need to spend money if you want to buy food or drinks.

I think the best time to take photos is in the late afternoon. When the sunlight becomes softer, the lighting is perfect for photography, especially for ultra-wide shots.

I really enjoyed seeing the bridge from the riverbank, and I also enjoyed taking photos from different angles. I believe this is an excellent place for beginners who want to practice photography. It is also a wonderful place to visit with family and children because everyone can spend a relaxing and enjoyable time here.

If I had to rate this place, I would give it 9.5 of 10. I didn't give it a perfect 10 because I think a few more visitor facilities could make the experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time here and would love to visit again.
