A Beautiful Cricket Ground in Kupwara, Kashmir

The video I posted today was filmed in Kupwara district, about 100 kilometers from where I live. I recorded it today while accompanying my friend’s sister to her in-laws’ home after a long time. Since she needed someone to take her there, I drove her in my car.

Just a few steps away from their house is this beautiful cricket ground. What makes it truly special is its stunning location, with majestic mountains rising in the background. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.

One thing I noticed immediately was the pleasant weather. Unlike many other places during summer, I hardly felt any heat here. The cool mountain breeze made the atmosphere incredibly refreshing and comfortable. Watching the cricket match in such a setting was a wonderful experience and made the game even more enjoyable.

Since we had traveled a long distance and had to return the same day, we couldn’t stay for very long. Even so, the beauty of this place left a lasting impression on me. I tried my best to capture these amazing views on camera, especially the magnificent mountains behind the ground.

I know this video doesn’t fully do justice to the beauty of the landscape, but I still wanted to share this experience with all of you. Looking at the players, it didn’t even seem like they were bothered by the summer heat. The cool climate, nearby mountains, and refreshing breeze made the entire environment perfect for playing cricket.
