Expectations are a natural part of our lives. We expect something every day, be it a good day, the love of loved ones, success, respect, or a beautiful time in the future. Expectations inspire us to move forward, teach us to dream, and keep us hopeful in difficult times.
However, excessive expectations often become the cause of our suffering. When we assume that everything will happen according to our wishes, we are disappointed if the reality is a little different.
Especially if we expect too much from people, the chances of getting hurt also increase. Because every person has their own thoughts, circumstances and limitations. Life does not always go according to our plans.
Sometimes success comes, sometimes we have to lose; sometimes people are by our side, and sometimes loved ones move away. So there will be expectations, but along with that, we must also have the mentality of accepting reality.

I have read your thoughts and it is true that when you expecting something from others and if they did against of your expectations, then it hurts you, my thoughts if you are loyal with someone else and if they are taking advantage of it, then these behave abviously hurt you, i saw mostly of peoples in my life that you will be a loyal with them, but their response very hurtless and they take advantages from your loyalty, s dont be loyal with someone else, because if they break your heart one time, then you can't made the broekn heart again, although who is your family member, office employee or whatever who is a part of the life. give respect and get respect.
