I invite all my Steemit friends to the fifth week of SC-S33/W5- "Explore and Review"- Technology Shop. In the fifth week of the competition we will explore and review various types of Technology Shop, Today I will share my entry to this awesome competition.
As part of the "Explore and Review"- Technology Shop competition, today I will review the M/s Sarkar Enterprise Shop located on Court Station Road, near Hargram Bazar, Rajshahi.
The shop is an establishment of Electromart Limited, where various small and large home appliances including air conditioners, fridges/refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, etc. are available.
This shop is stocked with various high-quality brands including Konka, Gree, Haiko, Nova. After entering the main gate of the shop, I saw well-decorated galleries decorated with various types of products.
The shop is medium-sized, displaying various electronic products. The environment inside the shop is clean, tidy and commercial in style. The shop is medium-sized and has adequate space to display products.
The product variety of this technology shop was quite good. This shop has a supply of various types of small and large home appliances and consumer electronics products. The products here come in different designs, colors and sizes. There are several chest refrigerators in the front and middle of this technology shop.
This shop provides high-quality branded products. Small, large, medium TVs of different sizes and brands are displayed. The shelves of M/s Sarkar Enterprise Shop are stocked with rice cookers, kitchen appliances and other small electronic products. There are products of Konka, Gree, Haiko, Nova and other brands.
There are several options in models, colors, designs and sizes even among similar products.The product variety in this technology shop is high. When purchasing rice cookers, blenders, washing machines, dry irons, greasers, hair dryers, LED fans, electric kettles, refrigerators, deep freezers, and TVs, there are multiple models and designs to choose from.
The prices of the products here are not much different compared to the market. However, when compared to the current prices of the related brands of Electro Mart, the prices are moderate to comparable depending on the model and features.
The prices of the products in this shop are available at a somewhat affordable price compared to the market. Although this technology shop offers similar products, the prices vary according to the brand, capacity, inverter technology, design and features.

In the list mentioned above, I have mentioned the prices of different sizes of ACs of the same brand, but despite being the same brand, there is a difference in price due to size, and inverter technology.
From what I have realized from my shopping experience, there are discounts or offers. The prices of the products are clearly mentioned, which helps the customers to choose the products according to their budget.
When buying products, the products are being sold by ensuring that they are new/original products. If you look at the sealed box, model number, serial number and warranty card, you can understand that the products are new/original products. In terms of packaging, the product is usually supplied with cartons or protective packaging, so that the product will be safe.
Every electronic product has a warranty, guarantee, such as a five-year warranty on the compressor of the fridge, AC, washing machine, 1 year warranty on parts and 1 year warranty on service. Accessories include remote controls and necessary AC, TV, washing machine accessories. This technology shop has the characteristics of high-quality shops, which are quite popular with customers.
The behavior of the employees of this shop is friendly, they speak politely and fluently with the customers. They provide detailed information about the quality and price of the products to the customers so that the customers can buy the product of their choice. The employees never feel embarrassed by the questions of the customers. Yes, the employees help the customers in selecting the products with good carrying capacity. The employees help in selecting the product that will be good according to the customer's needs. The employees work actively to ensure 100% service to the customers. The customers are satisfied with the behavior and service of the employees of this shop.
The shop is clean, neat and tidy, the products are arranged in rows. The interior is decorated with modern decor, there is adequate lighting, air conditioning system. The shop is constantly monitored by CCTV cameras. There are adequate facilities for the movement of customers and selection of products. The shop is less crowded in the morning but the crowd increases a little in the evening. There is a sofa arrangement for customers to sit in front of the shop counter. The neat and elegant decoration of the shop attracts customers.
After entering the store, I was first attracted by the neat display of the store, as well as the quiet and pleasant atmosphere for shopping which attracted me. The store had home appliances of various brands, such as: washing machine, refrigerator,oven, deep freezer, blender, electric kettle, hair dryer, rice cooker, LED fan, dry iron and numerous small and large electronic products.

The staff were very friendly and helped me find the product I needed. I went to this technology shop to buy a dry iron. The staff showed me several brands and helped me choose the best one. They shared detailed information about the capacity, features and quality of each product and helped me select a good quality product according to my needs. My shopping experience was quite satisfactory.

After purchasing the product of my choice, I paid the bill in cash and received the accessories of the product. The product was immediately checked for any defects. I received the one-year service warranty card for the dry iron I purchased from the counter.
Cash, card or mobile banking, has its facilities. This shop provides correct bill or receipt of the product sold. Also, the IMEI and serial number of the product can be seen. For example, the serial number, model and servicing of the dry iron I bought was provided by the shop's sealed warranty card.
