Things we need
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Chicken | 750 gm |
| Ghee | as required |
| Fried onion | 1cup |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Red chilli powder | 1 tsp |
| Salt | according to your taste |
| Yougrt | 1 cup |
| Cumine seeds | 1 tsp |
| Green cardamom | 4 |
| Bay leaves | 2 |
| Coriander seeds | `1 tsp |
| Cinemon stick | 1 |
| Kwara water | 1 tsp |
| Gram masala powder | 1 tsp |

| Procedure with step by step |
It is very important to take care of cleanliness while cooking.Wash the chicken thoroughly with water, then place it in a sieve to drain excess water.
After that, I took a pan and added ghee to it. When the ghee got hot, I added the bay leaves and green cardamom to it.frying 2-3 minutes.
On the other hand, I take a small piece of ginger and four cloves of garlic, peel them, and grind them together. Ginger and garlic not only enhance the flavor of the korma but also help eliminate the smell of the chicken.
Add chicken in pen then frying with ginger garlic paste for 3-4 minutes
After that, I added the spices mentioned in the ingredient list and mixed them well with the chicken.
I took the yogurt in a bowl and whisked it well. Then I added it to the chicken and mixed everything thoroughly with the help of a spoon. Then I placed the chicken on low heat to cook.
When the chicken was fully cooked, I added the fried onions. This made a rich and delicious gravy and coved it for 5 minutes.
then I added 1 tsp of Khewara water .A sign that the korma is ready is when the oil starts appearing on the surface and the gravy becomes thick. This means the korma is fully cooked and ready to serve.
| Final presentation of my delicious chicken korma |
This is my final presentation.it looks very attractive and the taste is very yummy .my family especially enjoyed with naan.I make this dish twice a week. My children eat it with great enthusiasm, and it is often considered a special dish in our house during feasts and festivals.
Some tips about best chicken korma recipe
To make korma, it is best to use bone-in chicken because it makes the korma much more flavorful and delicious.
To make the korma delicious, aromatic, and spicy, should I add one tablespoon of kewra water or half a teaspoon of nutmeg and mace powder?
Ghee should be used to make korma, it makes the korma very tasty.
Frying green cardamom and bay leaves in oil gives the curry a unique and delicious flavor.Don't mix all the spices together.
To keep the korma looking smooth and beautiful, the yogurt should be whisked thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Otherwise, the texture and appearance of the korma can be spoiled.
Another important tip is to take a little hot oil from the korma and mix it into the yogurt first. This helps bring the yogurt closer to the temperature of the oil. If cold yogurt is added directly to very hot oil, the sudden temperature difference can cause the yogurt to curdle, which can spoil the appearance of the korma.

A special memorie for me
After my marriage, I made chicken korma for my in-laws for the first time. They loved it so much that I was truly touched. I had invited all the guests to my house, and they ate the korma with great enthusiasm. My mother-in-law was so happy with me that she gave me Rs. 2,000 as a gift and said, “You made this for the first time, so this is your gift.”I was very happy when she said, “I have never eaten such delicious korma before.”

So guys,it's time to leave .I hope you like my belog and give me a good response.before I go .I would like to I invite my lovely steemit friends @ dasudi @ suboohi @sualeha in this contest .
Best regards,

I really enjoyed reading about the steps for making Chicken Korma and the nostalgic memory associated with your in-laws' home. Winning over your in-laws with your cooking on the very first attempt—and even receiving a gift from your mother-in-law—must have been a truly wonderful feeling. In my opinion, using whisked yogurt and adding the right amount of kewra water or aromatic spices towards the end significantly enhances the flavor and aroma of the gravy. Among the tips you shared, the advice on balancing the temperatures of the oil and yogurt struck me as particularly effective for achieving the perfect texture. The moment the whole family enjoyed this Korma with naan must have been truly delightful. Best wishes for your next cooking post! 😊
