Why I chose this recipe :

When I was a child, I was very happy and excited when it came to giving.Because I knew that the guests would be cooking my favorite dish, which was Chicken Shahi Roast. While the chicken Shahi roast was being cooked in the kitchen, I stood in front of the kitchen. When the sweet scent of onions mixed with the scent of spices and chicken, the excitement can't be held anymore. This beautiful scent made my stomach grow hungry.Sometimes I would get impatient and ask, "When will the cooking be finished?".Although they were not allowed to eat immediately after cooking,The guests were served beautifully. The taste of roast with hot polao is still very good.

Maybe I cook now, but that familiar scent of my mother's hands still lingers in my nose. The taste is different, but the smell is the same. The aroma of this Chicken Shahi Roast takes me back to my childhood.I still remember the demands and the Sweet quarrel for my favorite part of the roast.

I did not marinate the meat while making this Shahi Roast. I mentioned in the post that I salted the meat and then fried it.If you cook with Radhuni Ready Mix Masala, you can do so without marinating the meat. But it will be even better if you marinate it.

Thank you very much for supporting me.
