Today I will take you to a well-known and trusted technology product store in Dhaka's Manikdi area—Mobile Fix Point.

However, today's post is a little special for me. Because this store belongs to my very close childhood friend, Md. Anwar Hossain. I have seen him build this business with his own sweat and hard work for a long time. So, just as I feel good as a friend, as a responsible reviewer on Steemit, I will present the quality of the store to you impartially and in the light of my real experience.

The name of the store is Mobile Fix Point.

✓ Where is it located

The store is located at 129, Lalmia Shopping Complex, Manikdi Amtala, Dhaka Area, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206.

Transportation system, in my opinion: In my opinion, traveling here is very easy. From ECB Chattar in Dhaka, cross Manikdi Bazar towards Kalshi Road and reach the Amtola intersection; the store is on the right side of the main road. It can be reached easily within 10-15 minutes by rickshaw or CNG from ECB Chattar.

✓ What kind of technology products are available

From what I saw, there is no shortage of gadgets necessary for daily use here. Button and feature phones, smartphones, mobile services (charging port or display change), sound speakers, headphones, earbuds, power banks, routers, multi-plugs, desktop fans, rechargeable lights, mosquito repellent bats, mobile covers, screen protectors made with MT platter machines, original chargers, and bKash/cash transaction facilities are available.

✓ Store Environment and Size

The store is not very big but is very tidy in terms of medium size. What I liked the most about them is their cleanliness and adequate lighting system. There are CCTV cameras inside, and I felt a very healthy environment, as smoking is completely prohibited.

Even if you don't have a device as big as a laptop, there are adapters, charging cables, and speakers suitable for use on a laptop or computer.

There is a huge collection of Type-C, Lightning, and Micro-USB cables. I have seen that various ranges of earphones, starting from fast-charging cables, are beautifully arranged.

There is a sufficient number of gadgets like Bluetooth speakers, earbuds, and tripods for younger brothers who are fans of gaming and music.

In my opinion, Anwar is very honest in terms of prices. Compared to other ordinary shops in Manikdi, I found the prices here to be quite reasonable. Even though it is a friend's shop, I did not see any bias in terms of prices.

Good quality charging cables are available between ৳ 150 and ৳ 500. Nicely designed sound speakers are available between ৳ 800 and ৳ 2,500, and keypad phones are available between ৳ 1,200 and ৳ 2,000.

✓ Whether there are discounts or offers

I think Anwar has a different sincerity towards regular customers. With a little smile, he gives some discounts to regular customers or acquaintances.

✓ Whether the price is clearly mentioned

The price is clearly written on the product packet by putting a sticker or tag on it, so buyers do not have to go through the trouble of haggling.

My feeling: I have 100% trust in Anwar's honesty. No refurbished or master copy fakes are sold here; every item is brand new and sealed.

Every product is intact and delivered to the buyer in the official box package.

✓ Whether there is a warranty/guarantee

In the case of official brands, there is a warranty card. And even for ordinary non-brand cables, they give their own warranty of 2-3 months from the store, which reassures ordinary buyers.

✓ Whether necessary accessories are available

There is a modern MT plotter machine for cutting screen protectors, so a perfect glass or protector can be applied to any uncommon mobile model immediately.

They explain technical issues, like which charger will not harm your phone, or how much area a router will cover, in very simple language to the customers.

✓ The Way They Answer Buyer's Questions

To me: I have never seen Anwar get annoyed even when the store is crowded. No matter how small the questions the customer asks, he answers them very patiently.

✓ Do They Assist in Selecting Products

They sincerely help the customer to select the right and durable item by understanding their budget.

In my opinion, whether the store is small or big, cleanliness is a big issue. I find it very positive that everything is clean, from the glass shelves to the counter.

There is a beautiful combination of white and warm lighting inside, due to which the color and finish of each product can be clearly seen from a distance.

✓ Product Display Arrangement

Back covers, fans, speakers, and button phones are arranged according to categories in separate racks, which will make it easier for anyone to choose.

✓ Crowding and Seating Arrangement

The store provides service according to serials, so there is no chaos. There are nice benches for customers to sit on, and CCTV cameras have been turned on for security.

My experience: As soon as I entered the store, the clean glass counter, the beautiful play of light, and the CCTV camera monitor caught my attention.

✓ What products did you see

All kinds of colorful back covers, cutting machines, small sound boxes, charger fans, and mobile phone accessories lined up caught my eye.

✓ How did the staff cooperate, and how was the whole shopping process?

My personal experience: I originally went to replace the charging port of my mobile because it was damaged. Anwar took great care and skillfully opened my mobile and fixed the port. At that time, another friend of mine, Shamim, also came to the store. The three of us had a great time together. During our breaks, we discussed the work of our Steemit platform, cryptocurrency, and the wonderful world of blogging with them. The whole time seemed very enjoyable and memorable to me.
