Have You Ever Seen Ice Like This?

I came across this picture while scrolling through a viral post on Facebook, and I honestly found it fascinating.
For someone like me who lives in a place where we don't normally see rivers and lakes completely frozen over, pictures like this look almost unreal.
It made me wonder about people who actually live in countries where winter gets cold enough for lakes and rivers to freeze.

Have you ever seen something like this in real life?
Maybe you've walked on a frozen lake, seen bubbles trapped underneath the ice, or even seen plants, leaves and other things frozen inside it.
I found out that places such as Alberta in Canada are known for these kinds of frozen-bubble views, especially around Abraham Lake. Photographers and visitors have actually gone there to see and photograph the ice.

But seeing pictures online is definitely different from actually experiencing it.
So, if you're from a country where this happens during winter, what is it really like?
Does seeing a completely frozen river or lake still feel special to you, or is it just a normal part of winter?
